Sales executive will be responsible for exploring and developing polymers business (PE, PP, PET) for Lotte Group in Vietnam.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Sales development:
- Develop sales plans;
- Prospect, secure and expedite orders with existing and new accounts;
- Conclude business contracts; maintain business growth; handle orders (make sales contracts, check L/C draft, follow up with shipment schedule, shipping docs….)
- Attend to claims and provide measures to resolve them; refers major claims to upper level of manager.
- Develops new markets/applications whenever possible;
- Prepares customer visits and reports to upper level of managers.
2. Market intelligence:
- Conduct studies/analysis on market trend, competitors, products’ applications and technology, service needs.
- Prepare market, competitors, customers reports on a regular basis.
3. Customer management:
- Establish, maintain and improve business relationship with current and new customers.
- Conduct field visits, seminars, presentation and attend to customers’ inquiries;
- Provide prompt response related to quality, technical applications, inquiries, and other related issues;
- Conduct customers’ assessments and analyses to ensure the strategic focus is in the right place;
- Align with other teams to ensure best product, service quality and good information flow and solve customers’ issues.
4. Credit management:
- Coordinate with credit control to make appropriate credit recommendations;
- Be responsible for payment collection.
5. Product and application:
- Arrange product testing and trial runs;
- Support public relation and marketing communication campaign for related business.

QUALIFICATION requirements:
- Female
- Background: Tertiary education (University degree or above) preferably in chemistry, chemical process technology or economics (trading or commercial)
- Job Knowledge: Strong knowledge about PP/PE/PET market in Vietnam, strong relationship with major buyers, good networks/contacts in plastic industry. Have experienced in foreign petrochemical companies or local major distributors is an advantage.
- Working experience: from 2-5 years of sales in polymers industry (especially PP & PE).
- Good command of English and Computer skills (Ms. Office).
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong analytical, planning, and administrative and follow-up skills
- Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills
- Willingness to travel
- Resourceful, high-energy, self-motivated, good team player while be able to work independently
- Willingness to learn & do new projects ('can do' attitude)
